Join us for a 6-day mountain hiking retreat at Eden Valley Institute of Wellness in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains! The retreat will be focused on training to hike two Colorado 14ers with our doctor. You will receive hyperbaric oxygen treatments and massage therapy sessions to recover and prepare for the next day hiking! |
