Eden Valley Institute
Nestled in a quiet valley among the foothills of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, our five-hundred fifty acres of forested mountains, meadows, fields, streams and farm land is in a setting of beauty and tranquility away from the normal pressures and distractions of life. Although we experience all four seasons here, there are some three hundred days of sunshine to enjoy annually.
Eden Valley Institute is single-minded in its mission: to meet your physical, mental and spiritual needs. We are a supporting ministry operated by laymen of the Seventh-day Adventist church under the umbrella of Outpost Centers International. Please take a look at what Eden Valley has to offer in the services we provide to enhance your life.

Eden Valley Farm
It has been said “you are what you eat.” The farm grows delicious and nutritious organic produce. But beyond the wonderful vegetables, it is a training for students in providing one of the essentials of education, and is an important branch of outreach as we serve our local community and neighboring towns through the farmer’s markets. Eden Valley Education
Since the founding of Eden Valley Institute in 1962, we have maintained a commitment to follow the counsel, “True education is missionary training. Every son and daughter of God is called to be a missionary; we are called to the service of God and our fellow men; and to fit us for this service should be the object of our education.” MH, p. 395. Graduates from Eden Valley are scattered worldwide, and are involved in various mission endeavors such as health centers, training programs, health food stores, personal evangelism, and mission outposts.
